Nordic Walking in Winter as well

- Alta Badia: Even though there are no guided tours, Alta Badia still offers lovely stretches. For example, from Pedratsches via Weiler St. Leonhard up to the magnificently situated pilgrimage church of the Holy Cross . Walking time: about 1.5 hours. Or from Armentarola via the Störes Meadows to Pralongia (walking time: 2 hours). Sticks can be hired from Sport Toni in La Villa.
- High Puster Valley: There is a new Nordic Fitness Park in Niederdorf as well, with various trails around the spa gardens. These are predominantly easy, well-prepared winter walking paths. You can hire the appropriate equipment in the running shop in Niederdorf. Courses are offered as well. And, in addition, between Innichen and Sexten there is also an easy 5km long trail.
- Around Meran: Of the trails in the Nordic Walking Park near Schenna, three are also walkable in winter.
